For the past two decades, she has thrived as a Director of Patient Care and Care Management, making waves in both home care and home health care settings. In 2019, Marjeanna took the bold step of founding Premier Care Management Services in sunny San Diego County, bringing together a passionate multidisciplinary team dedicated to empowering individuals as they navigate the complexities of healthcare, mental health, emotional well-being, and home-related challenges.
But don’t let her professional accolades fool you—Marjeanna is just as vibrant outside the office! A certified professional with a repertoire of esteemed credentials, including Care Management, Dementia Practitioner, Crisis Interventionist, and End of Life Doula, she pours her heart into her work while balancing a spirited personal life. Outside of work, Roxane enjoys walking her rescue doodle, gardening, trying healthy recipes, practicing restorative yoga, and finding humor in everyday life.

Meet Riley, our dynamic administrative assistant who brings energy and precision to the Premier Care team! With a keen eye for detail and a flair for efficiency, she's the secret sauce that keeps our operations running seamlessly behind the scenes. Though her academic background is geared toward marine biology, Riley has seamlessly transitioned her organizational skills and passion for excellence into our administrative world.
When she's not keeping our office humming, Riley loves exploring her creative side through painting, staying active with color guard and gym workouts, and spending quality time with her adorable dog Tucker.
